Usage terms – Payment procedures – Goods shipment

Visitors browsing and using services of the below stated as WEB SITE (section A.1.b.) conclude the explicit and unsolicited acceptance and consent to the following terms and conditions including all that is described in sections (B) & (C) of the text herein.
1. Terms
In the text herein there have been the following phrasal conventions:

b) The web site identified by the unique name aetoseditions.gr, which is the official electronic shop of the PUBLISHING HOUSE for exposing and retail selling goods using the Internet, herein and due to text optimization will be referred to as WEB SITE.
c) Contents of the WEB SITE, including images, graphics, photographs, texts and goods, herein and due to text optimization will be referred to as CONTENT.
d) Names, images, logos and discrete signs, appearing in the WEB SITE, herein and due to text optimization will be referred to as INSIGNIA.
2. Literary property
The CONTENT is literary property of the PUBLISHING HOUSE with reservation of all legal rights. All literary property rights of the CONTENT belong to the PUBLISHING HOUSE or to third parties to which are legally bound. Any republication or reproduction by any means, with or without any processing of the CONTENT without a previous written permission, is not allowed.
The domain names hercolubus.gr and ερκολουμπους.gr which point to parts of the WEB SITE or lead to web pages of it are similarly bound to the same terms herein.
3. Trademarks
The INSIGNIA which represent the PUBLISHING HOUSE or/and third agreed parties and their goods, are exclusive signs and insignia of the above mentioned and are protected by the greek, european community and international laws regarding commercial insignia and literary property. In any case, their appearance and exposition in the WEB SITE should not be taken in any way as permit or usage right demise or delegation, without the previous written consent of the PUBLISHING HOUSE or any other third party rightful owner.
4. Private information
The PUBLISHING HOUSE, respecting the principles of private information protection, provided by International Laws, controlling issues related to electronic commerce, consumer protection and distance selling, is not going to illicitly use private information and by no means will disclose, reveal, publish, sell, lease or exchange private data and information to any third party.
5. Modification of the terms herein
The PUBLISHING HOUSE has the right to modify or update the terms mentioned herein and undertakes the responsibility to notify the users of the WEB SITE for any possible modifications, just by uploading a newer edition of this web page without any other written, or by any other mean, notification. |

The payment of the orders which are placed in the WEB SITE, can be completed using the two following procedures:

1. By credit card debit using PayPal or by debit of a PayPal account: The procedure of payment settlement is completed by the PayPal web site (www.paypal.com), which provides high security e-commerce interchange services. The PUBLISHING HOUSE by no means collects, nor stores in any way, credit card information.

| 2. By post – cash on delivery - using the Hellenic Post Offices (ΕΛΤΑ): Payment is done in cash on delivery of the goods, using the Hellenic Post Offices (ΕΛΤΑ). This payment procedure is available for orders within Greece only. |

The PUBLISHING HOUSE sends goods to customers to all the world, using services of the Hellenic Post Offices (ΕΛΤΑ). All orders are send by registered letter in five days from the order reception date at most. In case an oder cannot be dispatched due to force majeure (bad weather conditions, strikes e.t.c.), the PUBLISHING HOUSE will contact the customer, if the necessary contact details are available from his part, so that they agree on how to complete the order. In any case the PUBLISHING HOUSE will do what ever is reasonably possible to help the order reach its destination.
